Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your SleepCurl™ order. To start a return, email support@thekaday.com with your order number. Please wait for our instructions and return address before sending anything back.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer pays the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@thekaday.com with your order number and photos. We will help resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
